Hashbrown:::one-man band was known as "Uncle" Ben Butter from 1994-2009--solo hip-hop artist, former frontman of acid jazz band Vertikal and former member of Nacrobats, house/groove DJ, turntablist. All songs posted here were created by one man with bass guitar, , Roland effects pedal, tom and snare drums, Moog Prodigy synthesizer, assorted percussion, bells, bottles, and two microphones. Live, the layers are looped using a Boss RC-50 loop pedal; for these sessions, the instrument and vocal parts were all recorded and tracked separately. But he likes them. Songs written by Hashbrown one-man band (K. Ward) and performed by Hashbrown, except where noted.
