Started by Los Angeles SoundCloud Hero Matt Flynn and organized by the SoundCloud Heroes, the Weekend Sound Projects is an opportunity to share your interpretations of a theme chosen every week via...sounds!
For example: How would you interpret the color green in a sound? What's the first memory or story you think of when you imagine the color green? Whether it's a musical interpretation, story, found sound, combination, share it.
Each theme will be posted on Thursday afternoon at 2 PM PST and due by Monday, 12 AM PST. We'll share the submissions of the previous weekend on Monday afternoon.
*Weekend Sound Projects must be created during the time period allotted (that weekend). Sounds previously created may not be accepted. We want to encourage you to go out there and create something new!*
When submitting:
- tag your track WSP
- title: the theme of the weekend and your own interpretive title!
- in the description, let us know what inspiration, materials, equipment you used
- feel free to submit more than one!
That's it! We'll then share and repost your submissions to the community.
