How to be selected?
There will be 3 winners:
- 1 remix chosen by Sébastien Tellier himself
- 1 remix chosen by the Record Makers team
- The 10 most popular tracks (Facebook likes + listenings) will be selected as finalists but only one of them will remain..
All 3 winners will get a ALLIANCE BLEUE SPECIAL PACK (CD + vinyls + Tshirt + goodies) signed by Sébastien Tellier!

“RUSSIAN ATTRACTION” REMIX CONTEST Legal Terms and conditions:
Before you submit your remix, please carefully read these official terms and conditions. By submitting a remix to this site you must agree to be bound by the following terms.
You (the Contestant) hereby agree, confirm, represent and warrant that:
1. All rights in and to any remixed versions (“Remixes”) of the song “Russian Attraction” created by the Contestant shall be owned by Record Makers and to the extent necessary the Contestant hereby assigns all rights in the Remixes of the Song to Record Makers throughout the World for the full life of copyright and any and all extensions and renewals thereof. If requested by Record Makers, the Contestant shall complete and sign a formal assignment of copyright to give effect to the foregoing;
2. Sébastien Tellier will be registered and credited as the sole writer and Colosseo Impresarios the publishers of the Remixes of the Song created by the Contestant;
3. The Contestant will not acquire a copyright interest in the Song by virtue of creating Remixes of the Song;
4. The Contestant will not use any other elements or parts of the Song (“Stems”) otherwise than to create Remixes of the Song.
5. The Remixes of the Song do not incorporate any samples or other materials which are subject to third party proprietary rights (for the avoidance of doubt this includes but is not limited to, other Sébastien Tellier sound recordings owned by Record Makers) or otherwise infringe the rights of any third party;
6. The Remixes of the Song are not obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law;
7. The Contestant will not exploit, or allow others to exploit, the Remixes of the Song created by the Contestant without seeking the prior approval of Record Makers. Accordingly, if the Contestant wishes to use their Remix outside of this Promotion they should send full details to recordmakers@recordmakers.com
8. In submitting Remixes, the Contestant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnify Record Makers from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of the representations and warranties made by the Contestant herein.
9. Record Makers shall not commercially exploit the Remixes of the Song created by the Contestant without consulting with the Contestant prior to such commercial exploitation.
10. Record Makers reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to remove Remixes from the website that it deems offensive or inappropriate and/or Remixes that breach any of the above terms and conditions.
