Hundreds (thousands???) of migratory birds assembling in the sycamore trees before they take off to their winter residence. Recorded at Hauptwache, maybe one of the ugliest, highly frequented places downtown Frankfurt. You're also going to hear some funny pedestrian's comments... -

binaural field recording, atmos in norwich cathedral, 2004. high tones modulations and noises are pitched down from around 19KHz. They come from a mobile phone transmitter on the roof.
Sounds fantastic - I'll be interested who you record a binaural recording what equipment do you use??
@Mark harris: Recently, I love to use the WM-61A (PANASONIC) and Tascam DR-1 (I seldom use internal mic) for outdoor. Sometimes I use NE5322 mic pre-amp as well.
