Grim Mortality

Hard Luck introduced Sandman to Hip-Hop and discovered that Sandman had a natural talent for rapping, writing lyrics, and producing beats. Many of which can be heard on various Grim Mortality tracks all the way back to 2002 with their first LP entitled “Still Creepin’” under the group name Headhuntaz. Most of their first LP’s production was done on a tiny four track mixer that the young new artists had saved up to buy. It was this first album that sparked the madness in this gruesome twosome.
A year later in 2003, the group had decided to change their name to Deuce Killa Mafia, which was not long lived as they released only one EP entitled “Domination”, that has since become an extremely rare find.
After a one year break, due to law violations, the duo decided once again to change their name. This time, they picked a winner… Grim Mortality. Since the duo made this final name change, they have been a force to be reckoned with, releasing seven albums with no sign of slowing down!

You will find that the Grim Boyz’ music is special and has a very unique sound like none other! Their music is grim, disturbed, and truthful representing and illustrating the darker side of life. After all, the very meaning of “Grim Mortality” is “LIFE IS GRIM”, according to Sandman anyway.
