It is 1944. A message from Paris warns Allied Intelligence of something big in the works---something which might have serious implications for D-Day. The only way to get more information from the agent in Paris---now closely watched by the Gestapo---is to send in a personal courier.

Russian émigré Michael Gallatin is picked for the job. In retirement as a secret agent since a grisly episode in North Africa, Gallatin is parachuted into occupied France, on a mission which will take him to the festering heart of the Third Reich on the scent of doomsday.

As a master spy, Gallatin has proved he can take on formidable foes---and kill them. As a passionate lover, he attracts beautiful women. But there is one extra factor which makes Michael Gallatin a unique special agent---he is a werewolf, able to change form almost at will, able to assume the body of a wolf and its capacity to kill with savage, snarling fury.

In the madness of war, Gallatin hunts his prey---ready to out-think his opponents with his finely-tuned brain. Or tear their throats out with his finely-honed teeth....

My stream-of-consciousness-while-streaming-the-interview commentary and praise…hopefully amusing to someone?...I love that Nan mentions doing some research on YouTube to help achieve authentic sound effects reference for tank/specific airplane model s, etc . Cool hearing that insider info into the sound design creative process, when such audio/foley effects aren’t already to be found in ze no doubt vast GA audio bank. I wouldn’t think most actors (except maybe vengeful ones who didn’t get roles they craved) are by nature terribly familiar with such militant sounds – yet everything GraphicAudio puts out is always stellar when it comes to sound effects/foley militant or otherwise – a testament to all the research you guys ‘n’ gals do aforehand. Giggled at Nan’s mention that some of the werewolf sound effects were created by pitched-down terriers growling! If only the little fluff-a-roos could sound that cool on the street… evoking mighty dog “YARs” instead of “YIPs”… Awesome that McCannon admitted to being freaked out as a kiddie by Hammer Films – “The Curse of the Werewolf.” Though uh, hmmm…Nan…one of my all-time FAV femmes especially when it comes to playing despicably wicked characters (Pyra Quadde from Deathlands for examples) not able to stomach that Alien bursting outta chest scene?!…GIRL I own a shirt of that “chestburster” moment blood-lovingly captured! Watch out! Someone at GA may play a practical joke on you after hearing this and wear that to work one day!…Love that McCannon mentioned “The Brain Eaters” – an old horror movie fan after my own heart…or at least a cinematic consumer back in the day of what now falls in the somewhat condescending category of “Midnite Movies.” And nice hearing him acknowledge how powerful a component SOUND is to evoking terror, and emotions of all kind – A-men to that! Yeah – nice Nan’s mention about her ‘n’ Rick appreciating McCannon inclusion about Germans suffering too during WWII…sad that a lot of people have blindingly cast all Germans (my stepmom’s from Lübeck – home of the best marzipan ever!) as evil Nazis…the same who’d pavlovianly CRINGE at the sounds of thee band “Rammstein” or if they heard the band “Tool’s” song "Die Eier Von Satan" – would not GET the whole point of that silly ditty…that it’s innocuously referring to a recipe for egg-less cookies in German but as most are too lazy to translate it they automatically assume the worst…that it’s some kind of evil Nazi manifesto…whatevah…Love that McCannon self-depricatingly referred to himself as unable to be driven insane by the voices in his head as he’s already past that point…refreshingly honest writer’s viewpoint!
