Biography Tilau (NL) (Tijn Bossina) is the founder of Stuurloos. A born Techno-lover from Amsterdam. Started behind the booth at party's at schools, but with such an ambition that led into starting his own concept. Trained by festivals, that introduced him to the combination between mood and music.
