I don't know how I feel about this message from the ServiceNow internal IT help desk. On one hand, it's solid that we actually have an official service desk that calls people and leaves details about about a real-life incident. On the other, this is yet another ServiceNow employee who has no idea who I am. Not that anybody should know who I am...we are just getting big.
The big question is will we get the same level of service and attention as we received by just walking over to see James or Marion down the hall. Our IT guys have always been so good. I don't think this will change, we're just being a bit more grown up about it all.
