Ghost Flower began as a collaboration project called "Lotus". The founding members were Jericho Dani, Matteo, and their singer Ryli. The band recorded 2 songs that never saw a big release and soon after changed their name to Ghost Flower.

Ryli left the band after 2 months of joining the band due to personal life reasons. Fred (Drummer) and Rob (Dj / Keyboardist) then joined the band, causing the band's music to evolve. Eden Toussein joined the band soon after and immediately began to record vocals for the band's new music, but real change in the band's music happened when the band's guitarist Matthias joined. The band gained a rock soiled Rock edge that pushed their music to the next level. Ghost Flower released their self titled Demo April 2nd to Music Stores Online all over the world.

Due to problems within the band, it was decided that for the next Album Ghost Flower would part ways with Eden and start over. The band began production on a new sound mixed with a Classic EDM sound and quickly began looking for a new singer.

On the first day of looking, the band met Kim Van Rijsselberghe who had never sung in front of anyone in her life. Jericho saw enourmous potential in her voice and began production on a new song called "Against all Odds". Kim auditioned at Matthias' studio by recording 2 Milk Inc songs "Dont Cry" and "Forever". It was quickly decided that Kim would be Ghost Flower's new singer.
