How so? When I press the "license" button, the message on http://soundcloud.gettyimages.com/license-request/.. says it takes "between a few days and a few months", but then offers a link to other tracks that are seemingly not by SC users. - drewsonix

Could you substantiate this claim that users can "immediately license" Soundcloud tracks when your Licence Request page says "Time varies between a few days and a few months"?
I am particularly concerned that this message is followed by "Can't wait? To find tracks available for immediate licensing" which takes us to a list of Pump Music licensable tracks (from outside the SoundCloud-linked material). If SoundCloud tracks can't be licensed instantly then this looks very much like a way to drive more traffic to your existing library
