Close is the brainchild of an artist who initially wishes to remain anonymous.

His upcoming debut album 'Getting Closer' is the result of a series of fruitful collaborations and musical alliances with some of the most exciting producers, musicians and vocalists out there.

Resisting classification, the music is located at some unspecified point between the bass heavy, propulsive rhythms of Scuba, the sparse, atmospheric broken beats of Appleblim and the deep, dubdisco sparkle of Ewan Pearson; just three of the names 'Getting Closer' features collaborations with.

Add Charlene Soraia (who's debut Peacefrog single recently reached no.3 in the UK top 40 singles chart) and Joe Dukie (Fat Freddie's Drop) to that list and it should be no surprise, then, that Close is already in-demand. Close remixes for Fink, Little Dragon and the aforementioned Scuba are already completed and will soon be released.

If you can’t wait to hear Close 'Getting Closer', you can hear preview clips of 3 tracks here: - Close will be changing the clips frequently so be sure to sign-up and check back in the not too distant future.
