GeoSuPhat is the artist name of George Pierce Peterson. George is the co-owner of Togeo Studios, its website and the Togeo Music net label. A musician (guitar, keys harmonica, percussions) with a background in computer science and programming.
I grew up listening to mostly rock music and playing guitar, but was always fascinated by synths and their interaction with computers and midi. I now produce mostly electronic, experimental idm, minimal techno and ambient chill tracks, but my rock roots keep showing up in the music as well. I consider myself more of a sound designer than a musician and do a lot of work programming on a variety of softsynths and discovering more ways to use Ableton Live which has taken over my workstation.
