    The True Meaning of Love
Love. It's a recurrent theme in music. Arguably, it's the single biggest, most popular and most thoroughly explored topic since people decided that words and music were a good combination. Way back in the 1950s the Four Aces taught us that love is a many splendored thing. Fast-forward to 1980 and Joy Division cheerfully informed us that love would tear us apart. The power of love, it has been said, is a curious thing.
So what about now? How do we define love in these crazy post-millennial times?
Flamingo Recordings is pleased to announce that thanks to Funkerman's awesome record-creating talent, love in 2010 is UNCONDITIONAL!
Featuring the vocal talents of house siren Ida Corr, new single Unconditional Love will be available for digital download from today on www.itunes.com, www.beatport.com, www.trackitdown.net and other online retailers.
Unconditional Love bears all the trademarks of a house classic in the making. Don't be surprised if when we're old and grey we all look back and remember this one as one of the defining sounds of spring 2010. Populated with huge vocals, a killer hook and some sweet layering that gives us an insight into why Funkerman is one of the scene's top producers, you should probably be prepared to hear this a lot in the coming months.
Ida Corr is something of a go-to girl if you're producing a house record that you want to see explode. Since Let Me Think About It her vocals have become instantly recognisable. Coupling sultry tones with a huge pair of lungs, her demand for Unconditional Love is a plea that simply can't be ignored.

Not only is the track itself a stonker, it's a tantalising taste of what's still to come. It is the first single to be released from Funkerman's career-defining new album House for All, and so sets the tone for what promises to be a very special kind of monster. You have been warned.
