Frieder Blume is quite a new face in the world's public music scene.
Although his first attempts to compose his own music date back to 2001, his work never reached the outer world. While his friends started to engage in drinking and going to partys, Frieder would sit in his cellar with a guitar, a tape recorder and -later- with the mpc, experimenting with all kinds of different types of music as a form of expression. Although he always tried in different ways to breakthrough musical barriers, it took him quite long to discover this wonderful thing which others had already categorized as electronic music.
When he finally did so, however, he was convinced that it was just the right thing for him. He produced his first own tracks when he was 19 and, two years later, made his first official release in 2011.
Frieder's passion for music seems to be unsaturable. When he's not producing, he is always still surrounded by it, in his head or on his speakers, always trying to find the record or sound of the moment.
Over the years he has gained an understanding of the power of expression that a DJ-Set is capable of. And he experienced how a night in a club can vitalise and touch your mind and your soul.
Wanting to touch people in the same way he was touched only seemed logical.
Thereafter he started to play his sets in various locations and hasn't stopped producing music since.
