Miguel Frasconi uses glass objects, electronics, alernate controllers, and devolved acoustic instruments to create music that sounds from a uniquely imagined tradition. His recent activities include performances with electronic music pioneer Morton Subotnick, a new score for choreographer Alonzo King, a newly commissioned work for Gamelan Son of Lion, and concerts with the composers collective Ne(x)tworks.
