  i mean it as in,
  what programs can I easily download off the Internet to say, take a verse from a song, and put it into another one ?
  im just looking to screw around here so only free stuff !

  Have a look at aviary.com. They've just released an online audio editor.
  Haven't used it myself and it looks very basic but it will do for your purposes.

  Crystal is a mad machine use it pretty frequently as well. I just bought Ultra Analog VA-1 it dropped in price from 200 to 15 dollars just had a new update on it Pretty cool tool Anyhow there is loads of stuff for grabs KVR is a good source
