Probably one of our stranger live tracks. - A long italo-discoish live track we performed only a handful times. The strange synth arpeggios are achieved by live offsetting through huge string/synth samples. At some point there's a nice part with a sample from Pugh Rogefeldt.

nice that you found it! well i made the first version on a train actually, but then the track went through 2-3 iterations over a period of probably a year or so. i actually thought in the beginning that the track wasn't strong enough.. but then something happened and it became quite interesting.

- This version of City Ports was played live in a chaotic 'bar der republik' night in Berlin as part of a secret concert during Popkomm 2004. Although the PA was not great and we could hardly hear what we were doing ourselves, this particular recording of City Ports turned out to be one of the best.
- Extended version of an unreleased track recorded from a live set at Audiovisiva Festival in Milan 2004. Two synced laptops, three live synths and a hell of a lot of knobs. - This absurdly long house/boogie-style epos was part of our live sets in 2004. I really love the arpeggiated synth that overlay parts of the track, it just gets harder and harder.

- A long italo-discoish live track we performed only a handful times. The strange synth arpeggios are achieved by live offsetting through huge string/synth samples. At some point there's a nice part with a sample from Pugh Rogefeldt.

- A scary funk monster emerges out of a noisy Chicago cityscape... Really fun playing this stuff live, as every variation here is basically live modulated with a lot of different sample offset parameters. And a crazy bass synth as well.
