Fluorescent Echo released an eleven track album entitled "GLOW" on May 9th, 2012. GLOW features 5 new original tracks, 5 remixes by up and coming electronic artists and 1 cover, Daniel Miller's "Warm Leatherette" This is their second full length release.

Fluorescent Echo re-formed in 2011 after a long hiatus. Not content to be a phantom of its former self, FE fuses modern electronic music with psychedelic guitars and classic new wave vocal stylings to create their own brand of electronic, experimental pop. Described by one fan as the “twisted love child of Love & Rockets and the Human League”, FE's influences also include Dave Gahan, Devo, Lady GaGa, The Church, The Glitch Mob & Amon Tobin.

Based in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado, Fluorescent Echo is J. Forest Kelly, Heather Valey and Michael Smith. Forest is a professional singer with the nationally recognized vocal band, Face, and his own solo project, aside from Fluorescent Echo. Both Heather & Michael are professional musicians & sound designers in the video game industry with credits such as DC Universe Online, EQ2, Sims 3 and Dragon Age. Michael is also the front man and songwriter for Fiction 8.
