    LYRICS

    VERSE 1
Ever since I started rap, I knew that I had to guard my back//
Cuz people sneaking up on you trying to stop your tracks like heart attacks//
But part of that is hard to imagine, combatting, sergeant or captain//
Cuz every time I'm stepping on the scene it's automatic, I cause reactions//
But let me get up in your face for a minute while I finish what I started, inhibition inhibited//
limited notion of what's definitive and what isn't, no time to be timid//
Bring the rhythm in cuz I'm kind of feeling it, intimate sensation when I'm ripping it//
synergic flow when I get dough, and I keep going even if I've been evict-ed//
And ever since I made a place for me I've been the saving grace of rap//
Getting payback cuz of all the lame tracks that have drained and stained and tainted rap//
So I'm taking my lyrical arsenal and aiming straight at that//
Overrated makeshift crap, cuz I'm trying to create and make shit last//
Cuz I don't think you understand what it's like, a man with a fight, not the damaging type//
But I can with a slight difference, I channel my might to a pen and I manage to write//
Taking half of the night to make completely sure I'm crafting it right//
Phantom-like when I'm grabbing the mic, looking up at the light, imagining flight//

    HOOK
I Got my wings spread wide and I'm ready to//
    Fly//
To the tune I drift away//
    It'll soon be ok//
    X2

    VERSE 2
Big city lights dreaming, with with my eyes gleaming//
Neon signs stretching for eons, we ain't leaving//
Fighting off personal demons that's leaving me weakened and barely breathing//
In the deep end, I'm freezing, but dealing with it//
Cuz the, lights and the fast-paced life is what I live for//
Since I was a little kid I would fiddle with music and explore//
Ignore the kids more that said that I would never make it big or//
Paid me no mind when my first CD hit stores, but now I get a bit more//
I spit red fire, every time I wake up and get out of bed wired//
But I try to inspire, everyone in the whole entire//
World that dreams big, be on my hype or get higher//
Trying to bring rap back, cuz now I'm hip-hop's headliner//
Fuck an opening act, I'm amped, no holding me back//
I'll take what's totally wack and make it dopely phat//
By selling out overly-packed shows that we at//
I don't care if we gold or we plat, cuz I'ma just focus and rap//

    VERSE 3
Till the day breath, gets shallow, from the bass clef, to soprano//
To the apex, I travel, what I say next, may baffle//
Anyone who doesn't believe that passions can save people//
And it tames evil cuz when the opaque deceives you//
It makes the pain see-through, focus and it leaves you//
And even the quiet ones may have a brain equal//
To the people who can't keep their mouths shut like a dang seagull//
So do what you love and always remain regal//
Cuz every time the speaker blows, I never recompose//
my track, cuz it seems to show that I'm doing something right so I leave it broke//
From California to Japan to Korea shows with genius flows//
International music, combining genres is what we propose//
But what I wrestle with is keeping myself up, unacceptable//
Is being low decibel, heavens no, cuz rising up is central//
Trying to reach the next level, going low up to the treble//
Blowing up like a rebel, motto - never just settle, let's go//
