Here is the song again. I am wanting some feedback. I intend to use this structure, but does it work?

@Lascaille's Shroud: Oh okay. I just makes me hungry every time you say that. hahaha

@Fireball100: I don't know if you should go that high, unless there is a lot of activity below that range. A shelf and gain decrease could do the trick as well. Usually I keep the bass with a HPF of around 60-75hz on the heavy, and low stuff, and then about 50-65hz for the calmer material

Exactly, just to cover more kinetic space. I use "beef" just to describe something being "fatter" or "thicker" in some respect.

@Fireball100: Yeah its a good thing, like in movies where the main bad guy is about to fight the main good guy. That build up moment

@Fireball100: No such thing as "right" or "wrong", just what you want and envision. People's advice is merely for your experimentation, if you try it out and it sounds more what you want, then awesome. If not, then oh well! :)

@Fireball100: In this case "beef up" = making solo sound bigger, wider. ;)

@Lascaille's Shroud: Okay, noted. Will do then. I just didn't know if it was "right" to do that. ;)

@Lascaille's Shroud: Is that a good thing? I'm not familiar with that expression.

@Lascaille's Shroud: Whenever you say "beef" what exactly are you referring to?

@Lascaille's Shroud: Do I need to eq cut the bass below 100 hz?

I personally think it would sound great if it was a dead stop here. With just some silence in it. Otherwise, the structure works excellently, mix is good. You've come a long way in just the past year

Put a compressor on this lead tone, or double track, some beef on it would make it sounds great.

Bass sounds better here, accents the guitar very nicely.

Some weird bass resonance in the 40-75hz range here, pops a bit.

The fill on the right channel could come down ever so slightly, not a huge issue. Sounds epic so far.

@AlfaFirefox: Glad you like it. I emphasized that one part you liked on an earlier version of the song. ;)

@AlfaFirefox: I've heard some people program drums this way, but I don't know if this is actually possible. :)

This double kick sounds weird. Although I'm not a drummer :)
