Filibration is a Drum and Bass DJ and producer born in Oldenbug / Germany.Very early at the age of 15, Filibration discovered his passion for broken beats. He bought 2 turntables and started collecting records. In the year 1998 he finally marked the beginning of Filibration's public appearances. Then, he stood on the stage of Oldenburg's "Alhambra" for the first time -- playing in front of the certainly still critical crowd. 2000 DJ Filibration, DJ Stevie K, Pied Piper and MC Splatter founded the Wildside-Crew in order to realize the very first regular Drum'n' Bass project in the region. The monthly organized Backflash Parties are still well remebered by Oldenburg's party crowd. Due to good contacts to DJs in the neighbouring town Bremen it became possible for Filibration to extend his area of activity and to fill more clubs with his banging sound. Soon, he was booked by Labels like Lifeline and he played on different parties, such as Devotion meets Prototype. In September 2008 Filibration had his debut and released six tracks at once on Basswerk Records. Since then he is performing all over Germany.
In 2011 he started his own record-label First Plays Recordings.
