This year has been such a progressive year for me… all thanks to the support of you guys. I wanted to make something special to wrap up 2011 as a way of saying thanks for the tremendous support.
This is a drumstep treatment of Auld Land Syne, an old classic normally sang to bring in the next year. The basslines and synths all follow the same chord structure with some drops to bring the classic up to speed with 2012.
Whether you’re a DJ looking for the perfect track to cue up after the countdown or a drumstep junkie celebrating at the home front, hope this helps bring in your 2012 as big as you’ve made 2011 for me.

@Kevin Pellino 1: I'm a dubstep fan, and I just started hearing Figure's work TODAY (yeah I know, it's incredible, sorry) because he's coming to the EDC in Puerto Rico on September 15 (hell yeah!). I think that someone up there in the orange bar nailed it; at the end of the day, even though there are a lot of synths to mix, there is a finite quantity of them, so the important thing is to vary the way you use them each time. I think that Figure's work is incredible, he has a unique style, and for the amount of tracks he has, I think it's incrediblethe variety of music he offers. I know that such a gifted artist will keep finding ways to modify his music while keeping his own style, So cheers Figure, and thanks for your sick fucking music. Anyway, I also wanted to contribute to the orange bar of faith
