With MIXMAG declaring "there's no doubt that red hot Berlin producer / DJ Fidelity Kastrow has released one of the best tracks this year" (in a review of her debut single '21st Century Girl') the TRESOR regular and TORTURE GARDEN main room resident finishes 2008 on a high.

Seamlessly mixing bass-heavy electro with new techno and foxy ghetto-tech goodness, she’s created her own unique energy-packed style which TRESOR recently labeled "sex-soaked electro".

The legendary Berlin superclub also described Fidelity as "one of Berlin's sexiest and most provocative DJs" in a flyer promoting a recent TRESOR gig (http://tinyurl.com/5n8h2n TRESOR Newsletter Flyer), noting her flamboyant dress sense and top notch performance skills that have already taken her all over the world (from China to Bosnia to San Francisco and London).

'21st Century Girl' also made an immediate impact in Czech Republic last summer when it was selected as the anthem of the acclaimed annual festival SUMMER OF LOVE. Fidelity headlined the event's RED ZONE arena and performed to thousands in a series of warm-up gigs including Prague's top two clubs, MECCA and the ROXY, also appearing on Czech national TV (CESKA TELEVIZE), being interviewed live on the main evening news program.

'21st Century Girl' has also gained the enthusiastic support of DJs including Princess Superstar ("it's great"), Janette Slack ("I can see this in so many DJs' boxes across the board!") and Alexander Robotnick ("I like it, good track!") from ultra-limited white label promotion. The crunchy electro-tech track comes out shortly on Mark Reeder's Berlin based record label FLESH, a label Fidelity previously worked with as a vocalist and songwriter with Corvin Dalek.

Label boss Mark Reeder is renowned for discovering Cosmic Baby, Paul Van Dyk and later Corvin Dalek though is now concentrating firmly on Fidelity’s rapid progression.

"Fidelity is passionate about music, opinionated and totally committed," says Mark, "She's also already performed everywhere from CREAMFIELDS Czech Republic to the LOVEPARADE in San Francisco, toured China and performed in Tokyo, which I'm sure is why she's such a natural both behind the decks and in the studio,” he notes.

Recently performing from a float to hundreds of thousands at Berlin's gay pride parade CHRISTOPHER STREET DAY, Fidelity continues to play the cream of Europe's underground, alternative clubs, including Berlin's TRESOR, NEON RAIDERS (at ZMF) and COCKAIGNE parties (at Club Maria), Croatia's PORAT and Slovenia's K4 club.

She's also a regular visitor to London, both for her TORTURE GARDEN residency and clubs including PACHA and EGG, as well as underground gay / mixed institutions WET YOURSELF, STUDIO NEON and TRAILER TRASH.

She also recently teamed up with ground breaking 3D sound system organization IOSONO and presented their revolutionary sound system at TRESOR for IOSONO’s Gala PopKomm night.
