As many other Djs Fernando was a clubber at the beginning till something change inside and that was when he saw Sasha spinning in San Jose, Costa Rica; that night was magic for him and was when he decided to be a professional Dj. He gave all his heart to this new passion he encountered.
By mid 2000 Fernando joined the Contacto Dj roster and had the chance to spin in some of the most memorable parties that the Costa Rican crowd had experienced, he shared stage with Djs such as Nick Warren, Sean Cusick and Luis Diaz. Not a surprise that Club Vertigo ( currently # 67 in the DJ Mag Top 100 clubs of the world ) made him a resident Dj and one of his favourite ones. Since then is usual to see Fernando along with djs such as David Alvarado, Danny Howells, Sandra Collins, James Holden, Jerome Robins, John Digweed, Sultan, Dave Seaman, Paul van Dyk, Behrouz, John Creamer, Gabriel & Dresden, Victor Calderone, Jimmy Van M and bands like Infected Mushroom, Sun Project etc. As a former Release Promo and Balance Promote member he is one of the most upfront Djs in America. He's currently living in Mexico city where he has two music production projects, the first one with mexican new talent Hugo Ibarra, they produce together as "Genius Spark" with already signed tracks in OLD SQL, Stripped, Spundae Black, Balkan Connection, Movement, Dopamine and System Recordings, getting huge support from Djs all over the world like Hernan Cattaneo who played recently their sixth single Lucky Flashback in his Resident 127 and in past radio shows has played "Such A Fool" and "Fractal". His second project Tufthunters next to Mexico's top producer Ramiro Puente is more Deep House - Nu Disco oriented and their first EP is almost finished and ready for the world. Already with a movie soundtrack under his belt, Paragliding 3D an upcoming I Max 3D movie/documentary to be released worldwide ( the first Mexican produced I Max 3D movie ), the future is bright for this Costarican talent.
