About

SoundCloud testimonial and one of its "main pushers" since 2007,
Fabio Genito is one of Italy's most respected dj/producers.
Born in Salerno and raised in Benevento, in the sunny south-side of the country, he's been djing for more than 20 years , despite his young age.
As dj he played and regularly plays in different countries and clubs like Cielo Club in New York City , The Egg and East Village in London (UK), Lotus Soundbar in Honolulu (Hawaii), Sirocco,El Hotel Pacha, Diesel Island and Es Vive Hotel in Ibiza,the ICON (by Philippe Starck), The Vagabond, Clevelander, Pelican Hotel and The Mondrian in Miami, just to name a few.
He's a poly-instrumentalist musician too with many releases out under various monikers such as "JAZZAFFAIR COLLECTIVE".
As producer and remixer he's been in the likes of grammy award winner Louie Vega since the start (who signed him on Vega Records with hits like "Marenostrum" and "Limoncello EP), as well as Osunlade, Glenn Underground, Kerri Chandler, Joe Claussell, Ron Trent, Tony Humpries, DJ Spinna, Dennis Ferrer, Tedd Patterson, Jellybean Benitez, Danny Krivit, Hector Romero, Marques Wyatt,Antonio Ocasio,Lou Gorbea, Phil Asher and many more.
His sound is very unique, eclectic and hard to define as well as his sets, but he's used to call it: "MEDITERRANEAN DEEP".
As remixer he "touched"big names like Alton Miller and others.
He recently teamed up with Ibiza legend DJ Pippi, creating the musical conceptthey called "VALENOSTRUM", which gets together the tradition of spanish flamenco and the south-mediterranean music in a futuristic deep vision.
