*Excerpts from the album. Now available at Experimedia.net.* I don't know much of anything about Stray Ghost, but I'm pretty sure they're from the UK and I know that they make quite lovely ambient drones. Airy tones shift slowly and are augmented by sterling piano loops, drawing everything out to its furthest point. At times its reminiscent of Celer and others in that vein, all the while finding new elements to turn this into something very much its own. Subterranean electronic rumblings latch on while pastoral guitars sing on the surface. This dichotomy does wonders for Stray Ghost's sonic palette, keeping the album from being a one note affair. This is lovely, confident ambient music, perfect for these hot summer afternoons. - Brad Rose, Experimedia
