UK Live Soul heads Dekata Project return with another slice of slick house – the first single from the recently signed album deal with Exceptional.

Building on their early success, which included an IDJ Bubblin Under feature, and not one but two Metro singles of the week, and Radio 1 airplay, the group features some of London’s top live soul musicians accompanied by beats and production from dance godfather Zed Bias.

Natalie Williams lends her velvet vocals to ‘Your Number’ penned by Dekata Project founding father Sam Sharp and all about going out and about on the hunt for potential partners – It’s a tasty slice of percussive 80s synth pie, which builds into an electronic dance floor groove with a pulsing bassline, and a catchy hook (Think Moloko combined with futuristic Japanese riff) It just works!
