Featuring the combined vocal talents of the delicious Della and musical wizard James Millman, Baqua follow up the off-kilter combination of downtempo blues and up tempo electronica showcased on their Terrapin Blues EP. The result is When I Look Back - a killer mash-up of electronics and urban, an eclectic selection featuring some of the best bits from both genres, whilst avoiding the clichés of either. The end result is a fine piece of music bursting with urgent beats and rhythms...
Also look out for Simbad in the remix driving seat, who turns up the dance floor heat to delivered a juiced up re-work. Simbad is of course a well known musician and DJ about town - signed to the highly respected Swedish nu-soul stable Raw Fusion, his characteristic sound is a concoction of soul, nu-jazz and club rhythms.
