This is an original song, but the lyrical content is a sequel to "September" by The Living Tombstone. If you haven't heard that yet, you won't understand half the stuff in this. Listen to his song first, by clicking here: September (Feat. Mic the Microphone and PinkieSkye) by The Living Tombstone
HEY GUISE! Freewave made a remix: Evdog + Automatic Jack - October Sky (Freewave's Mosh Mix) by thefreewave
"My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is owned by Lauren Faust, Hasbro and Studio B. Although, aside from occasional loose references, such as use of the word, "everypony", September and October Sky have virtually no relation to the show or toy franchise whatsoever.
Voice acting done by me and my friend, Automatic Jack, who found ponies and brony music roughly the same time I did.
The Martin Luther King Jr. quote is spoken by himself. If you don't know who he is, open a new tab, type his name into Wikipedia, and go learn your history.
The Honoré de Balzac quote is spoken by Sellyme, who is responsible for *shudders* ...this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UInA-iwzymI
The C.S. Lewis quote is spoken by the guy from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMW5UMg_lEA (I don't actually know who he is, but go look at him anyway :P)
Thanks to both http://soundcloud.com/flutterbro, and cgeyeguy for cover art (These guys are both pretty cool. Follow them, and something something something 20% cooler)
Explosion samples are in the public domain, and can be found online ...somewhere.
inb4 somepony makes November. Well, actually, Storm Wolf has said he's already planning to do it. Wouldn't it be cool if we made a whole year, each song by a different musician, and all of the continuity completely fit together? That'd be so awesome :D I even have a working title for the series as a whole: "The Year Harmony Died". If you're a musician, and you want to be a part of this, contact StormWolf (best bet is probably Youtube or SoundCloud) about December.

@Frostmane: Not sure. I know that he's started, but I don't know how long he's going to take. Hopefully, he'll be less than a week, but I'm not sure. By the way, if you want to make one of the songs in this story, ask whoever's currently making the next track (currently Josh) if you can make the next one.

Absolutely cannot wait for the next one by storm. Do we have an ETA on it? I showed some people in plug dj and it's all been positive so far

@Frostmane: True that. Let's see what StormWolf does with the November track.

@Evan McArdle (Evdog): honestly it would be better if every song had a different style...wouldnt it get old to have 12 songs that are all the same?

Is anyone else confused by the plot of the two songs or is that just me? Also does anyone find the name "The Year Harmony Died" unexpectedly depressing? Either way I think this is a pretty neat project and I shall be following it closely.

@Frostmane: I have shown him. He liked the song, but he was expecting it to be more in his style when he heard that I was calling it a sequel. He said that this song sounded like Depeche Mode.
