Rising artist Ethan Ash releases his own brand of acoustic soul-infused folk pop on new single ‘All I Need’ on 19th September, ahead of a busy autumn touring schedule which includes support dates with Ed Sheeran.
Over the past year, Ethan Ash has been popping up everywhere. MTV invited him to play a showcase event during Open House Festival in Belfast last autumn, and he counts BBC Introducing and Communion Records among his fans. From playing support for Seth Lakeman, Nick Harper and Ed Sheeran to being selected as an iTunes Single of the Week, Ethan is fast becoming one to watch on the UK music scene.
Summer 2011 has seen Ethan appear on the main stage at The Secret Garden Party and play sets at Cambridge Folk Festival among a myriad of smaller boutique festivals around the country. Alongside three appearances at Bestival on September 9th, 10th and 11th, Ethan will be the September artist in residence at The Wheelbarrow (formerly The Flowerpot) in Camden, offering up three free entry full band shows to celebrate the release of the new single. October sees Ethan head out on tour dates with Ed Sheeran, Ellen and the Escapades and Passenger - details below.
