My name is Max Hock aka Es.tereo, I was born in Heidelberg (Germany) in 1984. I became interested in music when I was 5 years old, later in 1996 I got in touch with Jungle-music for the first time. But only being passionate about the music wasn’t enough for me, I wanted to get more involved and started to play in several clubs in Heidelberg, Mannheim and in a few festivals. Finally I managed to become resident dj for one of the best-known d&b party in the area, called “fight-club”. Around that time I also started to develop a huge interest in producing music myself. During this process my horizon and perception of music grew tremendously. So now I produce all kinds of electronic music, from house to d&b as well as dubstep, breaks and all sorts of experimental music. I always try to use exceptional sounds to keep my music fresh, different and iconic.
