@relicdub: I use lots of samples. I use massive, nexus, and the classic synths like sytrus and harmor for fl studio. i dont like putting many effects on my songs. FX tend to get in the way of my music. i eq cut and i dont boost any EQ. getting the right volume in the mixdown is the hardest part and the most vital part in my opinion.
