Back in 2001, I used to go by Imagination. I made beats and I rapped. I was involved in the hip hop scene at that time. Around the same time, a lot was happening in my heart that is too difficult to describe, maybe it is too sacred, or too indescribable. I fell in love with the Divine One, and was turned on my head.
Shortly after, I joined a monastic order called the Augustinians, and have been preparing for ministry in Chicago. In the past year or so, I have given a lot more time to my music, and have put together a collection of songs for an album.
I feel that God is calling me to expose his goodness, beauty, and justice through my music. Likewise, I feel called to educate the Church about the inherent goodness of Hip Hop culture.
