In 2007, together with Lello Pingitore, Ensaime creates MAISON MILANO, a one-Milan-night which had its beginning to Karma nightclub in Milan with the first date filmed by the cameras of TV show Lucignolo Bellavita broadcasted on Channel 5.
Maison Milano becomes a successful Milan Brand where Ensaime Resident Dj Maison performs in the best music club as Hollywood - Old Fashion Cafè - Tocqueville - The Club, etc. alongside DJs like Pete Tong - Lenny Fontana - Alex Gaudino - Niki Belucci - Outwork - Norbert Davenport - Get Far - Franco Moiraghi - Alex Guesta - Sergio Matina etc. ...
In 2009 Ensaime decides to change the genre, directing himself through Tech House - Deep House and Techno which lead him to perform in countries such as Croatia - Switzerland - London - Egypt - Thailand - Slovenia - France - Netherlands, etc. ..
In 2010 Ensaime gives birth to his first label "Maison Milan Records" which collected more than 20 records produced in less than a year, climbing the Beatport Top Ten.
In 2011 a collaboration with Guesta DJ produces a Dutch Label called We Do not Give a Fuck. In the same year Simone Ensaime and Alex Guesta create, a DJ show called Back to Back which lead the 2 DJs around Europe .
