About
Empty Vessel Music was born in 2004, on a rain drenched afternoon in Seattle. It is the solo project of Jennifer Jo Oakley. EVM is currently located in Portland, Oregon. Jennifer is also a painter, and owner of 'Empty Vessel Art'. She received a BFA from Cornish College of the Arts in 2001.
