Avant Folk Original folk music with an experimental quality and avant-garde approach.
lyrics
I found the skies that I was born beneath on the other side of the world
"Happiness to you," I wrote as I began to grasp the infinite overhead
These horizons lost and found before we know they're gone
And the rising moon, a mote of dust in the infinite overhead
I spent my nights entranced by what was never there
The mountain air breaking down our voices
As it stumbled through our hair
And all the while we sang to the sand below
I see the desert when I'm surrounded by snow
I miss the places that I came to know
by going on to more
Silent stars we serenade with a language that we made
We think the sky is falling in when we are falling out
It's really getting farther away
To this day, I knew it all by heart
What we did and where we said we would start
After this, we swore we'd never be apart but we are
It's nice to know we see the same infinite overhead
I spent my years entranced by what was always there
The desert air drinking with our voices
as we stumbled down the stairs
And all the while we sang to the stars above

Stunning vocals and acoustic guitar playing. It's a pleasure coming back to your page again. It appears we share some similar influences. Keep up the great work with your music. :)
