As I've pointed out on numerous occasions, many recordings (and solos) never get to see "the light of day" -- for any number of reasons. Here is one I did last year. Vocal track has been removed. I hope you enjoy this short snippet.
The Players: Ralph Salmins (drums); Steve Pearce (bass); Peter Murray (Keyboards); Elliott Randall (guitar).
Engineered and mixed by Wes Maebe; recorded at RAK Studios, London.

Loving the tone of your guitar on this solo. It's a tone I never seem to be able to nail down.

@Elliott Randall: ROTL Ell, you done shut her down! Her email "Dad, who was Spirit? I listened to YouTube; he sounds like .. meh .. Hendrix but no way. Did you guys know them? " "Yes, hon, Randy worked at Manny's, too. They were a damn good band, very prog in the day. Ask Rene." -:P

En fait, ma chère nièce, the request was for "that 1963 Stratocaster creamy Randall sound" :-) ..imho the uber-champion of 'creamy' (small "c") sounds was Randy California. Had Eric et mois beat by miles!!
