Hi!!!

I’m Elise, from Brazil, currently living in the city of São Paulo. My artist name is “E.lise”. Everybody asks me about this “dot” in the middle of my name… but it is there just to give some visual identity!

I started mixing 6 years ago at my hometown, Vitoria, while organizing parties with friends! Today, after tasting lots of stuff on the dance floor, I can say that my style is House music, with all its varieties. Smooth melodies and groovy bass lines are always in my Dj sets!

Working from north to south in Brazil, I have played in some cool parties and spots such as: Universo Paralello festival in Bahia, Pacha-São Paulo, Warung, Cool Magazine Party, Dolce Vita, Skol Spirit, Diesel Store, “Noite das possibilidades Smirnoff”, among many others!

As a music lover, I decided to make my own! Since 2006 I’ve been studying electronic music production, and been having music and piano lessons! Well, I guess it is working very well! ☺

I have already released 10 tracks, which are available in the best electronic music stores! One of them is a remix of the British 80’s band Section 25! There are some available tracks and remixes for free download at www.smokeisland.com.
