Raised in the NW of the US on a steady diet of synth-pop, glam, new wave, post-punk, and disco, Elektromotive has been spreading his love for emotive electronic music since 2007. What began as sharing the music he loves (especially classic and nu-disco, Italo, Chicago and Detroit house, electro, and all things synth-pop) soon turned into something he couldn't give up.

Hosting and DJing at disco nights in Prague like Discopolis, Night Shift, and DELTA (in tandem with membership in the DELTA collective), minimal synth/electro nights like Synthethesia and Metal Beat, and gigs at Radost and SubClub (for the Batcave party) in Bratislava, honed his skills. This paved the way for recent gigs playing at CSD Berlin 2011, and at legendary party Comeback! (nominated as party of the year for Paper Magazine's Nightlife Awards in 2009) in Seattle, Washington.

Having recently relocated to Berlin, Elektromotive is eager to continue bringing his unique blend of music to a new audience. Expect an uplifting musical journey filled with romance, passion, and classic hits and rare gems from the 70s to today!
