Every third Saturday a new feature of Elektrobank is featured.

It's called The Influence, and it's the only place on Rochester's airwaves where you have a real honest look at Hip Hop as a genre and alternative and underground artists you may love and some you haven't hear yet.

For the inaugural episode we sat down with Khalil, dj duo Nickel Bag of Funk and Destroy just some of the many members of the local Hip Hop and Dance scene.

We also sat down with and interviews the band The Blackened Blues and the artist Reece Q and his Surgeon General Trio.
