OMD - the British synth pop pioneers, who have recently reformed for a new album, are about to release their first single. To celebrate, Electronic Beats has an exclusive remix of 'If you Want it' remixed by young upstarts We Have Band!

Responsible for seminal albums such as 'Dazzle Ships' and singles such as 'Enola Gay', 'Electricity' and 'Tesla Girls', the band made up of Paul Humphreys and Andy McCluskey, recently released the aptly titled 'History of Modern', which sees the band pick up where they left off almost 20 years ago.

We Have Band's remix of 'If I Want It' up's the tempo of the original, adds buckets of dynamic percussion and will be coming to a dance floor near you very soon.

The single If You Want It is released on Blue Noise on September 3rd and contains remixes by Villa Nah, Club Royale, Teeth, French Horn Rebellion, Shy Child and Cold Cave.

    Released by: Blue Noise
    Release date: Sep 3, 2010
