Edward Stumpp is a musician raised in Boise, ID. After playing in several bands spanning many genres during his teenage years, Edward then began to study Composition at Boise State University. There he focused on the craft of composition through music theory and experiences playing in the Boise State Orchestra and other chamber groups. It was during this period that he was able to learn the fundamentals of Composition to then form his own aesthetic. After Graduating from Boise State, Edward was then accepted into the masters program at Mills College where in May 2012 he was awarded a Master of Fine Arts in Electronic Music Composition and Recording Media.
