About
The Delaware Valley Philharmonic Orchestra is Bucks County's (PA) only professional Symphony Orchestra, and performs several concerts every year at the Council Rock High School (South) in Holland, PA and at the TD Bank Amphitheater in Bensalem, PA.
The DVPO introduced its first season in the Fall of 1954. In the 50+ years since, the Orchestra has thrilled many generations, bringing the joy of music to all members of our community. We are Bucks (PA) County's ONLY professional symphony orchestra, and like all professional musical organizations, are subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Trenton Musicians Association, Local 62 of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada. In addition, the Orchestra respects copyrights and is subject to fees from ASCAP and BMI as well as rental fees for scores and arrangements.
Our mission is to be a professional symphony orchestra dedicated to inspiring, entertaining and educating the community by providing high quality, artistic and diverse symphonic concerts performed by professional musicians.
