        It has a great feel, although it has alot of minimalistic qualities that come in and out. I think the track would benefit from some synths and a lead to wrap the other parts together. Great job!!

  i was working on the sound of a particular snare... just a single snare... after that i added a trumpet and a kick, and without having much of an idea of where this was going i started doing a new beat. then i took a bunch of voices and instruments, perhaps too many... well, anyways, this is it.....

        Really liking the beat. Very stony in its own way. Can't say i'm thrilled w/ the Bass but it sounds like a place holder really. Give it some less square wave sound with some filters and make it hit like bricks. I can also imagine some sort of arpegiated lead - something that might sound like a harp or dulcimer but with an electronic feed to it. Hope that helps. Thanks for posting.

        yeah the small use of a pad sound can work wonders for the "climax" of this beat. i do like the strings used. but closer to the end it kinda leave you wanting more although i think an emcee can fill that void alot!

         I like the track over all. Good instrumentation and use of melody. Some harmonies would help. Mostly, I'd suggest you make it hit harder. Bring up the umph a bit...low end?
