Started out making mini-mixes for his friends and himself, Dubsik was always interested in blending various styles and tunes together to take listeners through a educational and entertaining journey.

In early 2011 Lounga and Dubsik had a weekly radioshow on FNOOB FM. Because of the support they got from locals they realised that there was a big demand for bass oriented music parties in the south-west region of The Netherlands. They got together with Jay Rakka (one of the biggest bloggers of grime music in The Netherlands) and soon enough, one of the biggest dubstep event was born.

'InDUBendence' was born, with the headliners Nicon and Eye-D it became a massive succes. It didn't stop there. Along with an other concept called 'Low Kick', 'Elephant Events' was born. The Elephant stands for the heavy bass oriented music which is represented heavily at these events.

Elephant Events changed its name to 'Elephant Music' to make a statement that the Elephant also represent bass heavy music in the form of an agency. Along with the new name, a new concept was born called 'ZWAAR!' which means HEAVY in dutch. With big headliners having already played at ZWAAR!, like Sinister Souls, Limewax, Addergebroed and Esoterra, there is a bright future ahead for Elephant Music.

As for Dubsik, after raising bass music awareness in the south-west of The Netherlands, promoters from all over the country heard his way of mixing and decided to give him a fair shot at entertaining crowds. Needless to say, Dubsik never failed to make people move their feet and bang their heads.
