raw recording of a live jam using SP-404 (drums), MC-09 (bassline+acid) and D2 (all other synths). I have uploaded this to give people an idea of the D2 in action :) - drewzle - Glitch Please Artwork

This track began as an exercise in rhythm, with the drums and bassline sequenced out first. I spent a lot of time micro-editing the drum sequence to get the rhythmic flams bleeding into each other. A few months later I returned to the track and began adding some synths. I enjoyed contrasting the ... - drewzle - Whalley Street Rag Artwork

a laid back number, I wrote this trying to weave together layers of instrumentation using my QY-70. although this track was started on hardware, it was developed and completed using software (Reason), which allowed more precise editing. the drums were tapped in using my padKontrol and then manipu... drewzle - Googie Boogie Uploaded by drewzle Start following Send a message on April 13, 2009 08:40

this track was written in Bhajis (on my Palm T3) while I hid from a rainstorm in a library last year. trying again to integrate synths and their melodies over a dancey boom-bap bottom end, with a bit of help from the grumpy old muppet men. most of the music i'm writing a...drewzle - Let Go Uploaded by drewzle Start following Send a message on April 05, 2009 13:05

a sweepy number, this was slowly developed over about half a year of infrequent noodling, and then a few furious hours stitching it all together. this track was written in Bhajis and uses phasearray's Alleygate plug-in http://www.chocopoolp.com/ , http://www.phasearray.fivetau.co...- drewzle - welcome back (Square One demo) Artwork

Love the pad opening, but it sounds a little stiff to me, especially at the key change.

@Dynamic Interplay: hey DI, thanks for listening : ) the progression is CEG, GBD for 3 bars then DFA, FAC for the fourth...maybe made it a bit too tight. i'm still learning my harmonies, so i really appreciate the feedback. peace

buoyed by the effects of this exotic pepper, i put stylus to screen, and arranged some drums for a numb tongue and gums. the interview footage was taken from this video: http://au.youtube.com...drewzle - Chem-Boom-Bap Uploaded by drewzle Start following Send a message on October 28, 2008 04:50

in this track I was using double-time drums to build the climax, and filtering/phasering drumlines for nice textures
Really like the vibe of this track. Nice work man. Sick bass sound too
cheers dude :) that bass synth is a sawtooth waveform with the filter cut-off quite low.
