I spent the early 90ties studying music at the Munich Richard-Strauss Conservatory by day and recording weird noisy avantgarde by night. I also gigged a lot with the bands "Eufusio" and "No Distance", both eclectic outfits vacillating between 20th century classical, avant jazz and electronica. The "New Improvisers Ensemble" around Ignaz Schick became especially infamous via our often unannounced public appearances throughout the Munich area [cops were frequent guests of the performances as well]. This recording is a gem of spontaneous music combining hints of Morton Feldman, Elliot Sharp as well as Anthony Braxton. Recorded 01/19 and 02/09 1993 at Sand35 Studios, engineered by yours truly.
