This guy really does just talk out of his ass. No wonder; as a lowly Mayor, he feels perfectly entitled to just ring up the ol' PM's office for some 'clarification'.
How about, I dunno, contacting the City Legal Services, or the law firm I am most certain sits on a fat retainer. Maybe be so bold as to pull out a Yellow Pages and
call an Immigration lawyer?Does this imply, any Mayor can have the ear of the PM? Or is it just 'Big City' Mayors? How Big? Would the Mayor of Montreal, or Vancouver achieve that same level of access?
