DOSLOBOS, Moombahton duo from San Bernardino (Marcos Silva & Joel Calixto) have been working together since early 2011 originally as a Disco House project that never took off, Moombahton was starting to grow and after having heard of it, both inspired by the latin sounds & the amazing percussions & synth work/samples/vibes in Moombahton that is inspired by raggaeton/Dancehall/Cumbia, & other latin & tribal sounds that both were so familiar with since birth growing up in a latino household they knew what they wanted to do. After a lot of hard work & dedication, putting tracks out for free on soundcloud, the duo started getting support from other artists & Blogs/labels such as The Mane Thing, POUNDPOUNDPOUND, La Yaute, Wes De Graaf, 2 Deep, Chong X, Mad Villains, babySTEPS, Viciouz Viv, Ma-less, Shelco Garcia, Kid Cedek, Bul!m!atron, Aglory, Rot10, Metal Top Hat, Ninthwave Media, Dsquared, Dani Dahl, + Much more! Having played at events for The Bunny Hut, Muevelo & Matinee, they are only just getting started and have a ton of innovative releases & gigs coming up in the not so distant future and have a promising career ahead of them.
