About
hi Doctor of Tekno here, I started getting into Detroit Techno in about 1988, this was when I first started DJing, in my hometown of Hastings, East Sussex, England (famous for its big battle in 1066) I carried on DJing Detroit Techno, Acid House and House up until around 1992/93 but still carried on listening to the music and buying 12" vinyl even after stopping. In 2006 I got myself a PC and from there, in late 2006 started trying to create some trax of my own, in a UK Oldskool Techno style but with a slight Detroit Techno twist. In 2009 I became UK Promoter for W.A.R.M.T.H. International Inc. Influences for my music are far too many to mention here but to give you an idea these are the guys who I listen too , Aaron-Carl, Joey Beltram,Gary Martin, Los Hermanos (Detroit),Josh Wink,Santiago Salazar,Michelle Weeks,DJ Cent,DJ Bone,Trench(Subject Detroit), Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins, Piemont, Rennie Foster ,Zweiklang, BBP, Burnproof and many more. And of course, I must give a BIG thank you too all my myspace and Facebook friends , without you I would not keep doing what I do. you can find me at: Facebook/ilike/Reverbnation/ Twitter and most other music and social sites
